TURKİSH DONER KEBAB

Tallow and was well seasoned with local spices, a fitted onto the skewers and its a kind of kebab which cooked in the face of a wood fire.
Turkish Doner mostly made up with lamp.
Sheeps or Lamb' s arm and croupe is used.
To be more delicious of Doner; the lamb tail fat are compressed between the meat.
HOW TO PREPARE
chopped meat such as leaves are hold 1 day with; milk, vegetable oil, onion juice, salt and pepper mixture and then meats firmly placed in to the suitable skewer, consistently translated across fire to be cook, Cut with a long and sharp meat knife of cooked meat and served with rice, noodles, pita bread, potatoes, sautéed vegetables or salad.

There are many Doner restaurants in Turkey almost in every city.its like a Turkish Fastfood.
According to the research I have done on the internet the Doner first made in the City of Kastamonu in Turkey then spread to whole city.
You can either eat meat between bread with onions, lettuce and tomato either on the plate with rice, pita etc.
When i was a student in University i was oftenly eating a chicken Doner beacause it was much more cheaper then the Lamp Meat.
i am sure if you taste it once you will keep at.

DUDEN WATERFALL

Duden Waterfall is almost 10 km far from the Center Of Antalya.This waterfall is separated into two branches and pour its water into the Mediterranean sea.

Duden waterfall is filled with tourists coming from all over the world.

Entrance of the waterfall you can ride a camel and take a moment photos.

There are many restaurants, entertainment centers, amusement park and one tiny zoo.

it is like flowing from heaven and its natural wonder of Antalya.

it is a place where green and nature meet which each other. Behind the waterfall there is a one cave too.You have to go through the path in the field to reach this cave.
If you also want to cool off on hot summer days you must visit this natural beauty.

When you come to Antalya for a holiday, dont leave here without seeing duden waterfall.

ŞİRİNCE

Şirince is Depending on the province of Izmir, Situated amongst the hillswith its unique architecture,
It is a village which is frequently visited by tourists in recent years.
The majority of the houses were built in the village of the 19th century or earlier.
in the 1800 years, Şirince was Belongs to Greeks Peaple.
When the Population exchange between Greece and Turkey happens, Greeks Peaple left Şirince and Turkish Peaple settled to this cute village.
Before exchange population between Greeks and Turks, Greeks peaple were did fig, viticulture,wine and olive exports to Borders.
With a; White houses, grape vines in doorways, narrow streets, tiny cross the street stalls Şirince must been seen in real life.
There are wine shops in everywhere, you can have a taste whatever you want, and it doesnt matter if you will buy or not.
if you rememberd in 2013, There was a rumor like this; According to the Mayan calendar 'Marduk planet December 21, 2012 will hit the earth and hell will break loose, only Village of Bugarach in France and Şirince village would survive.that was the reason last year too many tourists flocked to Şirince.

There are two historic churches dating from the Greeks in Şirince. There are many small hotels in şirince to stay daily.
if you decide to visit here, dont forget to buy a wine which made of many fruits.

LAKE EĞİRDİR (ISPARTA)

it is the fourth largest lake in Turkey with 468 sq km area staying within the boundaries of ısparta City (Which is Famous With Rose Cultivation) and it is 186 kilometers north of Antalya City.

it is Approximately 917 meters above sea level and in the winter time completly freezes.

it is used fishing, irrigation and power generations.

There are 2 islet on Eğirdir Lake which names Can İsland and Yeşil İsland connect the İsland to Highway.

The Eğirdir Lake has an important place in terms of tourism. You can have a swim and do camping activities.

There are many fishing restaurants, pensions which are not very luxury (all of them are moderate class)

it is far from showing and very quiet place.

Most of the visitors are coming here to drink alcohol while watching the lake view in the fishing restaurant and chat with their freinds/family and to calm their head.

Remained mostly untouched island, because there are no any new construction, very less population and faraway from the center of city.

You can have alsohave a boat trip on the river.

There are also one castle on the Eğirdir Peninsula Estimated in the 4th century.

If you want something different, If you are tired from the move, get bored from 5 stars hotels and if you love natural things, you can have a visit Eğirdir Lake, it least one time in your life.

PENİNSULA-NATIONAL PARK in Kuşadası

which is within the boundaries of Aydın City, it is 20 km long and an average width of approximately 6 km. National Park has an area of 27 675 hectares.
There is a Samos İsland across the peninsula which is belongs to Greece.

The average height of 650 m with the highest point of the peninsula national park receives the name Dilek Tepe.

804 plant species in the National Park has been identified. it is very rich in animal diversity too namely, in Peninsula there are; 28 varieties of mammals, 42 kinds of reptiles and many sea creatures lives.

These are; Wolf, fox, jackal, hyena, lynx, wild cat, badger, weasel, hedgehog, porcupine, wild boar, lizards, turtles, Golden Eagle, Sea Eagle, Falcon, nature, seagulls, blackbirds, partridges, rock pigeon, wood pigeon , Wild Cattle, wild horse, rabbit, otter, Mediterranean monk seal, Woodcock, Kestrel, Mallard Duck, Caspian tern and horses.

i have visited there with my family in 2014. it is realy wonderful place like peace of paradise.the forest above the sea bottom. forest where the sea's embrace.

They take 8 dollar in the entrance to the national park for each car, if you visit there with bicycle you will pay almost 3 dollar.

You can see lots of cars in the entrance, during the summer times in Kuşadası/AYDIN. picnicking free but the fire burn is forbidden, you can also set up tents specifically allocated places for tents.

There are 4 bays that can be entered into the sea and will be able to picnic.but becareful to the wild pigs who came suddenly for coming to eat your meals. they does not harm you in any way even i feeded them but ultimately they are wild and It is unclear what they will do.

You can also take long walks in National Park which goes to the mountain top.

I have joined walking in 2014 agust, it was realy strenuous and beautiful.aromas from all sorts of plants coming to your noose, You pass between the mountains, pine trees on every hill, Occasionally you see a squirrel that follow you and finally you are reaching a fountain which natural spring water flowing in it. there are also some boat tours in peninsula, which trip some mysterious places that is forbidden to enter by road.

Today i would like to introduce a minicity which is established in Center of Antalya City.

There are various miniature models about A thousand years of Anatolian civilizations from antiquity, created as a result of rigorous and regular work.

Been reduced to 1/25 of the original.

When you started to visit, You will see a lot of civilizations was established in Anatolia.

You can listen to the presentation of the place if you want it as a voice from the screen installed in front of the all miniatures.

There are 86 miniatures in the park which is visit to be seen in a real too.

When you decide to come to Antalya, dont miss to visit this cute Miniature Park.

Giant Aquarium İn ANTALYA

Construction completed in 6 month, having the worlds 5' th largest aqurium which is 131 meters long, 3 square meters width has the worlds largest underwater tunnel in the Center of ANTALYA city.
There is also a snow room with a -5 degree to refresh the peaple who get bored of hot and moisty air in Antalya during the long summer times.
is it build from Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and it cost almost 45 million dollar.
it includes more than 5000 different kind of fish and lives were it brought from various world seas, oceans, rivers, lakes...
it has also one İtalian Bomber in the fish pool, which is reduce in the 2. World War in Mediterranean.
When you start to visit the Aquarium you feel like you are in a different world.
İt is prepared quite nice and considered all details. During your trip, you will see many kind of fishes and lives passing from your right,left,up and down sides.
especially watching the sharks you will think how they big as this and pray to God that you are protected from armored glasses.
tunnel is so long that you surprised where to go.
At the end of the tunnel, you will reach a shops selling souvenirs about the Giant tunnel and some stuffs from Antalya.
Taking a photo with flash is forbidden but no one cares.
İf you decide to come take your photo machine with you, i am sure you dont want to loose any time of Aquirium.
