Fishing İn KAŞ

After my work time finish at 5: pm  i was eagerly waiting to go for fishing in a small fishing port of KAŞ.
There is only one fisihing shop in kaş near port and they doesnt sll all the kind of fish feed but only shrimps. shrimps can be also enough to catch a deep fishes.After my work time off i right away go for hunting and fishing supplies shop sellings, i buy some fish hooks, leads,fisihing float, guts then to the cute harbour. There are always famaliar faces who assign the sea for fishing waiting with a hopeful eyes. most of them are retired men who works in a differnt sectors and decides to live remainder of their life in KAŞ.
The best part of the fishing is when you throw away your fishing rod at the sea and when your float goes under the sea, you can feel your heart slammed for what kind of fish do i caught and start to wind fishing reel quickly.
İf you come to KAŞ for a holiday and if you like fishing like me i can advise try it, i am sure you will be very saticfy.Take your fish equipment, doesnt matter morning or night, throw your fisihing rod and wait. if you are lucky you can take delicious ones.
The most caught fish in KAŞ are; octupos, gilthead seabream,pointed combt,turbot,banded seabream,goby,saddled seabream,bointo,white seabream and pike.
These are the fishes who i catched in the small port of KAŞ.

There are a lot of choices to do in Kaş if you come here for a summer holiday.
You can have a swim each more beautiful than the other beaches in kaş and Lying on the beach with drinking colds and watch the magnificent view of Kaş.
Each year there are alot of tourists are coming  for visiting kaş.
İts  like a piece of heaven with its; natural beauties, wonderful views, The Meis İsland, Parks, Pubs, Delicious Foods, peninsula İsland (Half İsland), history and the rest of the Lycians (Kekova,

There are many organizations İn Kaş, Like; You can have a paragliding if you dont be afraid of heights, You can scuba diving and watch fishes and sea treasures, and safari tours (which it goes to some villages and waterfalls).

Everynight the peaple who came to Kaş from all around world are collects in the square of Kaş, you can even see some famous singers, actors, etc peaple overthere. you can see peaple, sitting on the pubs, travelling around the square with bottle of beers with happiness faces.
Also the Kaş Municipality organizate some mini concerns, animation shows on squares, some musical Shows.
i am advising you go see Kaş at least one time in your life, i am sure you were very satisfied.

About KAŞ

Sentences or no language cannot be enough to explain the beauties of  Kaş but let me try to write it with my inadequate english.
Kaş is a small cute town of Antalya which is established to the foothills of the mountain, so that it could be always possible to watch the amazing charms of Mediterranean sea all over the kaş.
against the Kaş there is a Meis İsland  which is 2 km to kaş and its belongs to Greeks.

you can  trip to Meis İsland everyday with a ferryboats from kaş, it takes 20 minutes on the sea.
There is not too many options be seen in Meis, just small restaurants, pubs and some shops selling
souvenirs but you can have a seat on cafeteria under the summer sun and drink a cold beer while watching a Kaş across to you.
There are many beaches each more beautiful than the other with a very clean sea,  who winning blue flag, you can even see the deep of water, fish swimming all around, sometimes you can watch the
caretta turtles which passes reckless attitude near you. if i rank the best beaches  in Kaş was;

1-Kaputash Beaches:

 its about 18 km to kaş, the colour of the sea is always turquoise because of the underground spring water.you can reach there from  187 step  down from the road. it is under protection of ministre of tourizm and culture because of 1. Degree Natural Site. everyting overthere are very natural, if you decide to go, dont forget your drinks and eats with you. it was very enjoyable to swim in Kaputash Beach.

You can trip there in the center of Kaş by sea with fish boats about 25 minutes, there is a walking way too but you must have an extra equipment for mountain hiking which is little bit dangerous. it has a very clean and natural sea. there are 4 beaches but the favourite one is called"bilalin yeri". you can have a drink alcohol and eat a fish if you get tired of swimming. jusy lay down under the summer sea shine, close your eyes and drink a cold beer. it is realy fun to be in Liman Ağzı.

Travelling to Kaş

İn the first writing of my blog i would like to write my travelling to Kaş from ANTALYA.

İ stayed in Kaş about 3. 5 years during the years of 2009-2012

İt is 198 Kilometer  to Antalya by roadway. You must have a strong stomach to not  throw up in the bus because you usualy lie down right and left because of the curvely road essepecialy between the town of Demre and Finike. İf you are lucky you can find a seat during the travelling otherwise you must travel by standing until the Kaş. İn the other hand during the travelling you will oftenly have a sea view. Nice feelings  and enjoyable times was surrounds me when i watch the blue from the window.essepecially  İn the summer time during your travel you can see many peaple from  all around the world looking a curious eyes from the window to the beautiful natural view where the sea and jungle embrace one another. You must be very patient for arriving to kaş because there will be a  5 bus station and each bus station means 15 minutes to stop for a rest.

Sometimes, the villager who carries butters, honey, tomato paste, some fruits on his horseback with a meaningless looking seats nears you, sometimes a tourist, a tourism guide on his hand - who knows where he /she is from seats nears you. İts like a small global world. But nonetheless travilling is very enyjoable while watching a vast trees seas on the lands. And when you arrive to  kaş you will forget your all fatigue when you smell beautiful natural odor and watch exquisite panorama...
